Shipping and handling costs

Normally we send your order to Switzerland within 3 working days with Swiss Post.

We will contact you if your product cannot be shipped within the estimated time. Please also note the availability details for each product. We always do our best to complete orders as quickly as possible.

Swiss Post Economy
This is a cheaper but slower shipping option and you will not be able to track your order. So if it is important to track your order, please choose one of the shipping options below.

Swiss Post Priority
With Swiss Post Priority Shipping, your order will arrive much faster and you will receive a tracking number.

Availability and Delivery

We usually ship orders on the same day, provided the item can be shipped from our warehouse and the order is placed by 2 p.m. If an item is not available for any reason, we will let you know. Please also note that many delivery companies and couriers do not deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping

The cost depends on the weight of the package and the destination. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
